Refund Policy
How cancellations, renewal timing and refund requests are handled.
1. Subscription cancellation
Premium subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal cycle. Access usually remains active until the end of the current paid period unless billing rules require otherwise.
2. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or first-time purchases where activation failed due to a service-side issue.
Refunds are generally not available after substantial service consumption, meaningful quota usage or a long delay after purchase.
3. How to request help
Email support@filepilot.ru with your account address, payment date and a concise issue summary. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, so some refund and receipt actions depend on their billing infrastructure.
