Privacy Notice
What data FilePilot AI processes, how it is used, and where billing fits in.
1. Data we process
The service processes account email addresses, session tokens, job metadata, uploaded files, user commands and diagnostic logs needed to operate the platform and investigate failures.
Payment card data is not processed directly by FilePilot AI. Checkout and merchant-of-record functions are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
2. Why the data is used
Data is used for authentication, file processing, quota calculation, result delivery, abuse prevention and subscription activation.
When enabled by the backend configuration, file content and commands may be sent to third-party AI providers strictly for processing the requested edit task.
3. Retention and security
Uploads and generated results are stored temporarily and deleted after the configured retention window. Provider API keys remain server-side and are never exposed to the Android app.
