Terms of Service
How FilePilot AI works, what users may upload, and how subscriptions are handled.
1. Service scope
FilePilot AI accepts a file upload and a plain-language editing request, then produces a new processed copy. The service operates on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee perfect preservation of complex formatting in every format.
Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, customer-facing or other high-impact use cases.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful content, malicious files, access abuse, infringement of third-party rights, or processing data without the necessary rights and permissions.
Accounts may be limited or suspended for abuse, payment violations, security threats or attempts to bypass plan restrictions.
3. Files, retention and subscriptions
FilePilot AI creates a new result file and does not overwrite the original upload. Temporary files and download links are deleted on schedule according to plan limits and storage settings.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Billing and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy. For service, billing and refund questions, contact support@filepilot.ru.
